Zach Kiupers

Ask anyone in South Florida and they’ll tell you that Zach is one of the strongest people they’ve ever met. He’s competed in wrestling, bodybuilding, MMA, Strong Man, CrossFit and is currently one of the highest ranking powerlifters of all time for his weight class. His training focus is strength, but he is a firm believer in testing the human body in as many disciplines as possible. If you have to follow someone into battle, you want it to be this guy.

Noel Arevalo

Noel is a nationally-qualified bikini athlete, a nationally-qualified powerlifter and an NASM-certified trainer. She credits fitness with her strength, both physically and mentally, and wants every woman to find the same confidence lifting has instilled in her. As a trainer, Noel puts her passion and knowledge to work to help others reach their goals. She believes that no matter where you are in your life, it’s never too late to get started.
