A thick, frosty & sweet Carrot Cake Delight smoothie, packed with protein and low in fat!

Nutrition Facts: 225 Calories | 32P | 13C | 3F

Ingredients:

  1. 1 scoop Whey HD™ Granola Crunch
  2. ¼ cup fat free cottage cheese
  3. 1 cup water
  4. ¼ tsp nutmeg
  5. ½ tsp cinnamon
  6. ½ cup shredded carrots
  7. 2 tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding
  8. Small handful ice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, starting with the ice
  2. Blend until desired consistency (can add additional ice for more of a frosty texture)
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
