We’ve taken 2 childhood favorites and combined them to make the ultimate, delicious PB&J Stuffed French Toast.

Recipe Yields (2) Slices of French Toast = 1 Serving

Nutrition Facts: 400 Calories | 50P | 35C | 11F

Ingredients:

  1. 2 slices Ezekiel bread (Low Sodium used in this recipe)
  2. 1 scoop Whey HD™ Vanilla Caramel
  3. 3 egg whites
  4. 1 heaping Tbsp unsalted peanut butter
  5. 1 heaping Tbsp no-sugar jam

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together egg whites and protein powder until WELL COMBINED.
  2. Dip Ezekiel bread in mixture until fully soaked and cook in non-stick frying pan (medium heat) until ALMOST golden brown.
  3. Spread jam and peanut butter on one slice and top with other slice, like a sandwich.
  4. Slice in half and enjoy.
