- 1 scoop BPI Sports Best BCAA™ in Peach Cobbler flavor
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup of blackberries
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1/4 cup of raspberries
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 2 Tbsp. of Walden Farms Blueberry syrup OR 10 drops of liquid Stevia
Simply blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, pour into a glass, and top with more berries for decor and taste.
