• 8 oz. almond milk
• 1 scoop BPI Whey HD™ in Salted Caramel
• 3 shots of espresso
• 5 drops MCT oil
• 4 drops liquid stevia
• Fat-free whipped cream (for garnish)
• Sugar-free caramel sauce (for garnish)
• Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Blend the first five ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into your favorite coffee mug and top with fat-free whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle sugar-free caramel sauce over everything. Enjoy!
