Happy National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day! Considering Americans eat about three pounds of peanut butter a piece each year, it’s no surprise we need a whole day to celebrate. Below, Chef Geo has whipped up another delicious protein shake recipe in honor of our favorite spreadable condiment.
1 scoop BPI Sports Best Protein™ in Vanilla Swirl
½ cup ground oats (you can grind oats in a bullet blender)
8 oz. cashew milk
1 tsp spirulina
1 pinch cinnamon
2 shots liquid stevia
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
Sugar-free whipped cream
- Combine the first seven ingredients in a blender.
- Rim a glass with peanut butter and dip it into the crushed peanuts.
- Pour your shake in the rimmed glass.
- Top with whipped cream, more crushed peanuts and cinnamon.
