Pear Avocado BCAAs Smoothie Recipe

The avocado has 15g of fat per 100 grams, but virtually no sugar (o.7g). Grab your blender, it’s time to whip up a BCAAs smoothie!
- 1 scoop of BPI Sports Best BCAA™ in Apple Pear flavor
- 1/2 Hass avocado
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
- 1 pear (with skin)
- 1/2 banana
- Coconut water
- Coconut flakes
- Some ice
Simply mix all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, pour into a glass and top off with coconut flakes.
