Camilla Payne conditioning circuits

In May, we brought you three conditioning circuits from Victoria D’Ariano to help you slim down and tone up for summer. Now, we’ve got another great HIIT workout from Camilla Payne to help you maintain that beach bod!

Instead of suffering through an hour on the treadmill, Camilla shows you how to get your heart pumping in just 20 mins:

Complete Workout:

  • Sit Throughs (30 secs)
  • Dive Bombers (30 secs)
  • Tuck Jumps (30 secs)
  • Burpee Twists (30 secs)
  • Spiders (30 secs)

Repeat the circuit five times. Take a 15-second rest in between each exercise and a 30-second rest in between rounds.
