Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop BPI Sports Best BCAA™ in Apple Pear flavor
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple
  • 6 oz. of water

Instructions:

Simply blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, then pour into a glass, and top it with three spinach leaves.
