Craving something sweet? Try BPI Bombshell Sarah Evan’s recipe for a Chocolate Frosty packed with protein!

“When you are sticking to a plan in order to achieve a specific fitness goal, it is inevitable that the junk food cravings will appear. It’s funny like that, really. You may not normally be a lover of sweets, but when you CAN’T have something, it instantly becomes more desirable. For me, being the sweet-eater that I am, I love to indulge in ice cream. However, 2 scoops of creamy, icy, chocolatey goodness on a regular basis isn’t always so forgiving on the waistline. So what do I do when I have a strong hankering for my favorite treat? I whip up a frosty, sweet, chocolatey protein shake! My protein shake recipe legitimately tastes like a chocolate frosty or a chocolate milkshake and it makes for the perfect distraction while still allowing you to stay on track. I have perfected this recipe for my own blender and my own palette, so you may need a little tweaking of your own for your liking. Give it a try when the sweet tooth hits as a meal replacement or a late night sweets craving cure.

Sarah’s Chocolate Protein Frosty:

  • 12 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of Whey HD Chocolate Cookie
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp granulated stevia
  • 8-9 oz water

Place above ingredients in the blender in the order listed above. Blend on high until an icy, frosty mixture is made. You want it to be thick enough to eat with a spoon but thin enough to sip through a straw. Pour the frosty mixture into your glass and enjoy! As an extra bonus, I like to top mine with fat free whipped cream!

**Chocolate doesn’t tickle your fancy? You can make a vanilla version by swapping out the chocolate pudding mix with sugar-free vanilla pudding mix and Whey HD Vanilla Caramel. Or maybe you’re more of a strawberry person. For a strawberry frosty, keep the vanilla pudding mix and swap out your protein with Whey HD Strawberry Cake.”
