CLA + Coconut Oil + Aminos refresher

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a fatty acid that studies show helps burn stored body fat for fuel. When combined with weight training, it’s also beneficial for anyone trying to build muscle and increase strength. For the best results, take it for at least 12 weeks with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Coconut oil is made up of about 65% medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). Your body absorbs these shorter chain fatty acids faster than other fats, which may result in increased energy and a boost in metabolism. For best results, use coconut oil in place of fats found in vegetable oils and animal products.

Amino acids are the building blocks of muscle. Adding them to your supplement regimen can help you build muscle, optimize muscle recovery and prevent muscle loss, even when you’re on a diet.   • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • ½ cup baby spinach leaves
  • 10 mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, with the ice on top.
  2. Blend until thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour the mix into a tall glass.
  4. Garnish your refresher with a slice of pineapple.
