- 1 scoop of BPI Sports’ Best Protein™ protein powder in Cookies and Cream flavor
- 8 oz. unsweetened cashew milk
- 4 Oreo Thins cookies
- Handful of chocolate chips
- Chocolate syrup
- 8 drops of liquid Stevia
- 1 scoop of Cool Whip whipped topping
Use a ceramic cup to melt the chocolate chips. Heat for one minute, stopping every 20 seconds to stir. Be careful to not overheat the chocolate. Next, pour the chocolate inside the serving glass as you turn. Place your glass in the freezer while you prepare the protein shake.
Use a blender to mix the BPI Sports Best Protein™ protein powder, cashew milk, cookies and stevia drops.
Pour the mixture from the blender into your chocolate-coated glass. Put the remaining melted chocolate in a plastic bag and add two scoops of Cool Whip. Snip off the corner of the bag with scissors to create a pastry bag and top your Cookies and Cream Protein Shake with the mixture. Add crumbled cookies as a final touch.
