- 1 Scoop of Best BCAA™ in Lime Sherbet
- 1 cup of fresh kiwi, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 kiwi cut in slices
- 1 Tbsp. of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/8 tsp of ground apple spice cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of ice
Simply mix all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Decorate the inside of the glass with kiwis and pour the BCAA smoothie into it.
