National Peanut Butter Lover's Day

Happy National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day! Considering Americans eat about three pounds of peanut butter a piece each year, it’s no surprise we need a whole day to celebrate. Below, Chef Geo has whipped up another delicious protein shake recipe in honor of our favorite spreadable condiment.

Ingredients:

1 scoop BPI Sports Best Protein™ in Vanilla Swirl
½ cup ground oats (you can grind oats in a bullet blender)
8 oz. cashew milk
1 tsp spirulina
1 pinch cinnamon
2 shots liquid stevia
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
Crushed peanuts
Sugar-free whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a blender.
  2. Rim a glass with peanut butter and dip it into the crushed peanuts.
  3. Pour your shake in the rimmed glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream, more crushed peanuts and cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy!
