Pineapple Mango Mint BCAAs Smoothie Recipe

Are you ready for another delicious, post-workout BCAAs smoothie? BPI Sports Resident Chef Geo brings pineapples and mangoes together for this next refreshing smoothie.

Pineapples feature plenty of vitamins and minerals including Vitamins B6 and C, as well as calcium and potassium. In Central and South America, the tropical fruit has been used for centuries to treat digestion problems and inflammation. Plus, research shows that the antioxidants in mangoes have been found to protect against a variety of cancers, including leukemia, colon and breast cancer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop BPI Sports Best BCAA™ in Lime Sherbet flavor
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 4 mango wedges
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • A bunch of mint leaves
  • 6 oz. of coconut water

Instructions:

Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth, pour mix into a tall glass and enjoy!
