There is so much nutrition in this super green spinach, kale and apple pear BCAA smoothie since it’s packed with fiber. They’re especially important for healthy eyesight, helping to prevent macular degeneration and cataracts. So without further ado,the spinach, kale and apple pear BCAA smoothie:
- 1 scoop BPI Sports Best BCAA™ in Apple Pear flavor
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup of parsley
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple
- 6 oz. of water
Simply blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, then pour into a glass, and top it with three spinach leaves.
