Extended Bio

When Sarah E. Evans first set out on her fitness journey, she had never lifted before. Frustrated about being out of shape, Sarah waited four months after her third c-section and then got to work. She found a 12-week training program online and started eating healthy, “clean” meals.

Anyone who scrolls through her Instagram account can see her amazing transformation. Sarah went from 156 pounds to 118 pounds, then started packing on muscle. She also got her rock-hard abs, which is no small feat after three kids!

Her role as a mother is a huge part of Sarah’s approach to fitness. She understands how busy day-to-day life can be, and wants other moms (and women in general) to know that their goals are attainable! She enjoys using her career as a fitness model to inspire others to make time for themselves and live a healthy lifestyle.
