Most people know how to do the barbell bent over row exercise, but many are doing it wrong… robbing of them of progress. So James Grage shows us how to do it correctly so you can maximize your gains at the gym. Feet shoulder width apart, grab the bar with hands over the top (you could also do the under hand, but you might engage your biceps if you do so). Stick your thumb over the top, bend over, while keeping the bar close to your legs. Bring the bar only to your belt, pause and bring it back down.
