According to Tyrone, every time you train in the gym, you should place load focus on all point of the muscle’s range. He demonstrates how to do that with your biceps, in a three exercise giant hit combo. First, Tyrone shows us by placing the load on the bicep’s the fully lengthened position. Next, the load goes on the mid-point of the biceps by changing his closeness to the pulley machine. Finally, Tyrone faces the machine, to hit the load focus at the biceps’ tightest and shortest contraction point.
