To perform cable curls, first choose either a straight bar or a rope. Stand up straight, feet shoulder-width apart and put your chosen attachment in a low position. Grab the bar or rope, keeping your arms locked close to your torso and curl up. Slowly lower your arms back to the extended starting position.

If you are using a rope, end the up motion by turning your hands slightly out at the top. This will help build the tension in your biceps.
