To perform Dumbbell (DB) Extensions, start by laying on a flat bench or exercise ball. Hold one DB in both hands and bend your elbows so your forearms are perpendicular to the floor. Slowly straighten your arms, pushing the DB straight up and then lower them back to the starting position.
