My favorite bicep exercise that is underused and underrated is standing reverse barbell curls. This move works the brachialis muscle, putting the biceps in a mechanically weak position. This allows the muscle to be pushed up higher, making for a bigger arm. You can’t lift as heavy with this exercise, but it is extremely effective.
