To perform Incline Bench Spider Curls, start by laying face down on an incline bench. Hold a barbell and allow the weight to hang directly down in front of you. Keeping your upper arms locked in this position, engage the biceps and curl the barbell up as high as you can. Squeeze at the top, then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
