To perform Incline Bench Spider Curls, lean on an incline bench on your stomach, facing the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand so they hang down towards the floor, palms facing each other. Keep your arms locked to your sides and rotate your wrists as you curl up. Pause at the top. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
