To perform Incline Dumbbell (DB) Curls, sit on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Hold them at your sides at arms length, palms facing in. Rotate your wrists and curl the weight up while squeezing and contracting your biceps. You can do these together, or alternate arms.
