Depth Box Jumps

To perform Depth Box Jumps, start by standing on a knee-high box or bench with your feet hip-width apart. Position a second box or bench of equal height to three or four feet in front of you. Hop off the starting box/bench and land softly on the ground. Immediately explode up and onto the second box/bench, landing with your knees slightly bent. Turn around and repeat.
