To perform Leg Curls, the first step should be adjusting the machine to make sure it fits your height. Once you’ve found the proper position, lower the top pad to sit tight on your quads. Pull the weight in and pause at bottom to keep the tension in your hamstrings. Try to keep your toes flexed, not pointed.
