To perform a Leg Press Calf Raise, sit in the machine at a 45-degree angle. To get the platform in position, place the balls of your feet on the lowest edge of the platform with your heels free below. Press with the balls of your feet then flex, pausing on the flex. Do not bounce the weight. This should be a controlled motion.
