The Military Dumbbell Press Exercises

Watch as fitness expert Whitney Reid shows you how to do the military dumbbell press using proper form!

Start by placing dumbbells on your knees; bring them up to shoulder level. Make sure you are sitting up straight, exhale as you press up to full extension, inhale and return to starting position. Make sure you don’t slide down on the bench, this involves the use of your upper chest and you want to keep the tension on your shoulders.
