  • Half a cup of coconut flour, sifted
  • 6 omega-3 eggs
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • Half a cup of Yacon syrup or maple syrup
  • Half a cup of pure pumpkin puree
  • Half a tablespoon of sea salt or kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice blend
