  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • Half a lb. of lean ground turkey
  • Two-thirds cup of fresh carrots
  • Maple syrup
  • Half a cup of diced red bell pepper
  • Half a cup of diced yellow onions
  • Half a cup of diced green bell pepper
  • Half a cup of diced yellow bell pepper
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 cup of diced carrot
  • Fresh thyme
  • Dried sage
  • Sea salt
  • Rosemary
  • 1 peeled garlic
