A staple exercise in your bicep training is the straight bar bicep curl. One of the common no-no’s is elbows coming out in front of you; you don’t want them to be pointing forward. Instead, ou always want your elbows to be in a fixed position. Don’t use momentum to get the bar up, instead control your movement. The lean back is also another mistake. Instead, concentrate on the three phases of the movement: the squeeze up, the squeeze at the top and you’re negative when your bringing the bar back down. With proper form and training, you should have bigger biceps in no time.
