BPI Athlete and Clean Creations owner Barbara Bolotte shows you how to prepare delicious chicken breast with a kick with her Sautéed Thai Chicken recipe. You’ll need hoisin sauce, low-sodium soy sauce, coconut oil, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and olive oil spray to coat the foil baking sheet. Don’t forget a good, sharp knife, a mixing bowl and sauté pan.
