RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
BPI Sports will only accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges on products directly purchased from our website. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
If a package is damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong or defective items, customer must contact us within three (3) days of receiving the shipment to start the return/exchange process. We will cover the cost of shipping the original package back to us. Once the original package is received back, we will reship your order free of charge.
For all other returns, exchanges or refunds, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping and handling fees to us and for the reshipment.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Our Return Process:
Visit our support page and briefly explain your issue to our support agents to receive a return label* for your product. Then, follow the instructions below to complete the return process.
- Print the provided return label.
- Pack up the item you're returning. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt received upon initial delivery.
- Attach return label on the package.
- Mail your returned item to: BPI Sports 4373 NW 124th Ave. Coral Springs, FL 33065
- Please email info@bpisports.net to request a refund (buyer does pay for return shipping).
EXCEPTIONS
BPI Sports can only accept returns or exchanges on supplements that are unopened and merchandise that has not been worn or altered.
Free Items
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on products acquired for free as part of a promotion.
Missed Deliveries
BPI Sports is not responsible for any costs incurred due to an inability to receive a package from a carrier and will not reship packages returned to us due to missed deliveries. BPI Sports is also not responsible if a package is lost by the carrier or stolen after delivery.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads, once acquired, are excluded from any refunds.
*BPI Sports will only pay for return shipping on defective products or wrong orders. Shipping must be paid by the customer for all other returns.
