Recover + repeat

Fuel the Work

Training is half the equation—recovery and nutrition carry the rest. Keep water high, protein consistent, and give your core two solid weeks of effort. Small daily reps add up fast.

1

Hydrate first thing and keep a bottle nearby all day.

2

Prioritize protein at every meal to support recovery.

3

Pair your sessions with 7–8 hours of sleep when you can.

4

Stay consistent—showing up daily beats going hard once.
