At BPI Sports, LLC (“BPI Sports”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a BPI Sports supplements product (the “Product(s)”) you purchased from our website (www.bpisports.com) or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement Product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the BPI Sports 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, enduser purchaser.
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 1-866-962-2151 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your Product. You must submit your Guarantee request within forty-five (45) days of the date of purchase. In some instances, BPI Sports may request that you send the unused portion of the Product back to us. If such request is made, BPI Sports will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
BPI Sports reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the BPI Sports 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you qualify for the Guarantee and elect to have replacement product, please note that you will be assessed a $9.95 shipping fee for your replacement product unless you purchased from BPI Sports directly.

Please note that our only authorized sellers on the online marketplaces of Amazon, Walmart, and Target are Pattern through its “iServe” or “iServe Products” storefronts.
